Tolède, Espagne, 1997. Les habitants de Río Blanco ont accepté l’installation de travailleurs saisonniers marocains à Fuensanta. La cohabitation provoque des tensions, vécues par Sonia, responsable d’une ONG, le père Ángel, prêtre local, et Safir, l’imam. Radi, a Muslim boy, begins to show strange behavior after going into the ruins of the village church's basement. Safir, the religious leader of the Maghrebi community, believes it's due to the presence of a jinn, a Muslim demon.
