Cha Young Min est un chirurgien thoracique extrêmement arrogant mais talentueux. Même s'il est souverainement talentueux dans son domaine médical, il est imbu de sa personne et froid. Il ne souhaite que faire progresser sa carrière en repoussant toutes les personnes autour de lui, y compris son ancienne copine Jang Se Jin. Un chirurgien interne nommé Go Seung Tak a une personnalité entièrement différente, car il a atteint une place confortable dans le monde médical uniquement parce que son grand-père est le fondateur d'un des meilleurs hôpitaux du pays.
